How can I pay for the service?
You can pay in the car using by cash debit or credit card (there
is a charge for cards, please ask). You can set up a credit
account as a corporate or individual customer. We do not accept
cheque.
How can I get a receipt?
You can obtain a receipt from your driver at the time of payment
even if you pay by card.
Where will I find my driver at the airport?
The driver will meet you at the "Arrival Information Desk"
where he will be holding an Airports Express sign with your
name on it. Unless
you arrange an alternative meeting point. We monitor all incoming flights. So it does not matter
how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be
a driver waiting for you.
Is there going to be extra charges for pick-ups
from Airports?
Yes, we will monitor your flight
schedule landing time and send the driver accordingly to minimize
the cost of the waiting time. There will be a minimum of £18.00 pounds surcharge,
which cover 40 minutes after the landing time and the car park
for those 40 minutes after which additional charges will apply.
Is it
important to book the correct size vehicle?
Yes, Saloon cars are insured for only 4 passengers with the
standard boot. You need to make sure all your belonging fit
in the boot, as the chauffeurs are not allowed to take extra
items inside the vehicle setting area. (Please remember a child counts as one passenger).
I travel
with my child. Do I need to have a car seat?
Yes, children of any age will be consider as a passenger. We
will take your own child seat to airport and bring it back on
your return. This is for the safety of your child. We
do not provide child seat.
Are you a licensed Private Hire Operator?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the PCO-part of Transport for
London.
Are
your drivers and vehicles licensed?
Yes, all of our chauffeurs are licensed by the
PCO and have a thorough knowledge of London also all are vehicles
are licence by PCO and go through their annual check up system.
Can
we Smoke, Eat or Drink in your vehicles?
No, this is not permitted.
